Once your withdrawal request is received, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
The refund will include the cost of standard delivery (excluding any extra charges for express or special delivery).
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No processing fees will be applied.
After notifying us of your intention to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Returns are considered timely if the items are shipped before the 14-day period expires.
Products must be returned:
