Warranty Coverage and Replacement Policy
At Esseti SRL, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction through a reliable warranty program.
Warranty duration
All electrical items purchased through homebrightlex.com are covered by a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
If you have chosen the optional 1-year extended warranty, your total coverage period will be 3 years.
What the warranty covers
If any electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will provide a replacement unit at no additional cost.
What the warranty does not cover
Please note that this warranty does not apply in the following situations:
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or physical impact
Normal wear and tear caused by regular use
Issues resulting from incorrect installation, neglect, or improper handling
How to request a replacement
To file a warranty claim, please send an email to info@homebrightlex.com
You will receive an automatic confirmation email — please reply to that message with a short video that clearly shows the issue (for example, the product not turning on, not charging, or not working as intended).
If a video cannot be provided or does not clearly demonstrate the problem, we may ask you to return the item to our facility for further inspection.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Claim approval criteria
Only claims that fully meet the conditions described above will be considered valid. We are committed to handling warranty requests promptly and fairly.
